Our property in Memphis was not in bad shape until we started to take a closer look. With ceilings that were not connected to anything and water damaged flooring in the bathroom, we had our work cut out for us.
In order to save costs the cabinets in the kitchen were reused, sanded and painted. The rest of the kitchen, two bathrooms, the entry and the wet bar were all redone with quality in mind.
